Unveiling the iQera Difference in Academic Excellence
IQera (IQ era) is focused on developing lessons that will help students learn concepts while preparing for examinations.
Our lessons scaffold the topics and also include ‘Formative’ and ‘Summative’ assessments. These lessons lead to ‘Mastery’ in all topics.
We have gathered brilliant minds who have an exceptional command of the subjects as Instructional Designers (IDs). They work with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the UK who have been teaching A-Level students. Together they create these lessons to guarantee students’ success.
What We Do
Revolutionizing Learning: Our Dynamic Approach to Academic Success
We are currently working on A-Level courses starting with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. In the second stage, we will include other major subjects such as Biology and Economics, etc. We are also developing FA and FSc subject lessons and will offer them in August 2021.
Our lessons are 30 minutes long and include 15 minutes of interactive instructions. Science has proven that this is the ideal time to capture student’s attention. The remaining 15 minutes are spent assessing the students to evaluate if they have learned the concepts or not. If a student is struggling, differentiated instructions are imparted. Students are continually instructed until they achieve mastery of the topic. Our lessons are monitored in real-time by a teacher using our software (Patent Pending).
Dr. Naim Syed
President iQEra, Delegate and Speaker,
As the President and CIO of iQera, Dr. Syed brings with him many years of experience working for the Department of Education within the State of New Hampshire. He has attributed an extensive array of work in the fields of science and technology for the middle and high school programs. His focus is to fuse the tools of technology within the STEM based areas in both the educational programs of the United States and those affiliated schools abroad. He is involved in Open Source Students Information Systems like Sakai and Kauli Software initiatives. He holds a patent of an Adaptive teaching and learning platform that helps create smart classroom initiatives, he is an enthusiast seeking a greater role within the spheres of information technology.
Delegate Speaker and Implementer of LMS and curriculum Development
As an invitee to the largest to the Educational conference Mr. Syed has promoted is unique concept of an Open Source initiative to promote global education through a case study of international school participants. Henceforth, the concept of building educational contents utilizing assessments for outcome based learning was propagated in the US, MENA, Pakistan, Afghanistan and UK.
The contents built by Dr. Syed were to counter the effects of substandard education. In his research which was presented at various Educational Conferences, he presented his research of how education without learning causes students to divulge in conservative mind and become the targets of radical groups.
Returning again, as participant in the Education project Mr. Syed presented his findings about technology education on the ground in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Kenya. Mr. Syed also is an active participant of promoting those leadership values in education and training at both local and distance levels around the America’s.
Trainer /Facilitator and Content Developer using Adaptive Teaching and Learning Platform.
Based in the Granite State of New England, Mr Syed is an avid user of technology and provides vision to implement Adaptive and personalized lessons. This include how to effectively assess students, using competencies and then showcasing student work via e-portfolios for other academic institutions or employers to peruse over.
Sharing educational vision and expertise to local teachers about technology in the classroom, Mr Syed worked teachers across the globe to develop necessary content to create a successful lesson building process. Brainstorming sessions eventually lead to outcomes that empowered both students and teachers alike.
