Unveiling the iQera Difference in Academic Excellence
IQera (IQ era) is focused on developing lessons that will help students learn concepts while preparing for examinations.
Our lessons scaffold the topics and also include ‘Formative’ and ‘Summative’ assessments. These lessons lead to ‘Mastery’ in all topics.
We have gathered brilliant minds who have an exceptional command of the subjects as Instructional Designers (IDs). They work with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the UK who have been teaching A-Level students. Together they create these lessons to guarantee students’ success.
What We Do
Revolutionizing Learning: Our Dynamic Approach to Academic Success
We are currently working on A-Level courses starting with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. In the second stage, we will include other major subjects such as Biology and Economics, etc. We are also developing FA and FSc subject lessons and will offer them in August 2021.
Our lessons are 30 minutes long and include 15 minutes of interactive instructions. Science has proven that this is the ideal time to capture student’s attention. The remaining 15 minutes are spent assessing the students to evaluate if they have learned the concepts or not. If a student is struggling, differentiated instructions are imparted. Students are continually instructed until they achieve mastery of the topic. Our lessons are monitored in real-time by a teacher using our software (Patent Pending).
Dr. Naim Syed
President iQEra, Delegate and Speaker,
As the President and CIO of iQera, Dr. Syed brings with him many years of experience working for the Department of Education within the State of New Hampshire. He has attributed an extensive array of work in the fields of science and technology for the middle and high school programs. His focus is to fuse the tools of technology within the STEM based areas in both the educational programs of the United States and those affiliated schools abroad. He is involved in Open Source Students Information Systems like Sakai and Kauli Software initiatives. He holds a patent of an Adaptive teaching and learning platform that helps create smart classroom initiatives, he is an enthusiast seeking a greater role within the spheres of information technology.
Dr. Rai Muhammad Ahsan Ali Khral
PHYSICS & MATHEMATICS TEACHER / SCIENTIST & RESEARCHER.
A driven and accomplished academic administrator & instructor with extensive experience of around 30 years providing comprehensive operational support to educational institutions dealing with local & international curriculum.Possesses a strong command of organizing, managing, and facilitating the day-to-day activities essential for institutional success. A flexible and collaborative team player, adept at working effectively both independently and as part of a group. Demonstrated expertise across key functional areas including admissions, resource planning, and recruitment. Brings excellent organizational and administrative skills.

My diverse administrative roles and extensive teacher training have honed my skills. As a dedicated professional, I’m committed to fostering academic excellence, innovation, and nurturing young minds and offer services for staff development.
